We aim to ship any orders received Monday – Friday before 3pm the same day. Otherwise we aim to ship the next working day.
Orders placed on Saturday & Sunday: we aim to ship the next working day on the Monday unless it is a Bank Holiday and then we aim to ship the following working day.
All orders will dispatch within
1–3 working days, during busy periods this may take slightly longer.
We use tracked Royal Mail for our deliveries and ship to the UK and Ireland. We do not ship Internationally currently.

hello@rinistore.com where we will try our hardest to solve the problem. You have 14 days to return an order in it's original, sellable condition. When the item(s) have been received back at Rini we will issue a refund. Cost of return shipping is at the discretion of the customer, and must be sent via tracked mail.
